How we are keeping the business safe.

Social distancing (At present at least 2 metres) marker tape and reminder notices. Hand sanitiser available at reception, also hot hand washing facilities. Anti bac sanitising sprays for vehicles & sanitising wipes.

We do not offer MOT viewing at present (customers are asked to leave their vehicles or wait outside while the test is carried out).

We accept cash or card payments & bank transfers (transfers for existing customers). Regular cleaning of surfaces, door handles, card machine etc.

We have a limited supply of gloves & face masks should customers feel vulnerable.

We offer a vehicle collection service to those customers who are still shielding.

What we expect from you.

All our customers have to do is to maintain the government guidelines by keeping a two metre gap if queuing at the van, and place money into the plastic tubs provided. We have been operating our business throughout the lockdown period, providing services to NHS workers and customers as required.

We have had many months of working with the safety measures we have put in place and feel that we have coped well in this new situation without placing too many restrictions on our staff and customers but at the same time keeping everyone as safe as possible and without making anyone feel uncomfortable or frightened to use our services.
